The welcome is professional and often tinged with humor thanks to the manager. Many poorly educated customers mistake the pharmacist for a doctor. Admittedly, the neighborhood is becoming less and less desirable, and the common sense of the clientele has disappeared along with the departure of the valued customers. Hang in there, ladies!

Don't go there, they treat you like cattle. The scene with the blonde with the bob haircut was unbelievable. Madam, you have no business being there with customers, you need to lay off the Xanax, seriously, what's with this lack of courtesy? Get out of there and go cut some meat to blow off some steam. I've never seen anything like it.

A fantastic pharmacy with competent and attentive pharmacists. I won't dwell on the negative comments left by some who don't know what it's like to be there every day and respond to all customers with the same attentiveness. Martine, Anneke, Leonie, and Annick—four top-notch pharmacists dedicated to serving and listening to every customer's every little ailment! Hats off to this team for being there every day; personally, it's my favorite pharmacy!

In my opinion, this is one of the worst MultiPharma stores in Brussels, especially the blonde woman with the bob haircut who was completely haughty and grumpy. My advice: run away!!! First and last time in this pharmacy!
