  Every time I go to this pharmacy, I notice a blatant lack of discretion and respect from one employee in particular. She displays a mocking attitude, looking at her colleague and laughing while we're talking to her, as if the customer isn't even there. This isn't the first time I've experienced this inappropriate behavior. It's becoming passive harassment. If this continues, I will file a complaint with the pharmacists' board. A pharmacy is a place of confidentiality and respect. This is clearly not understood here.

  Super friendly staff. Even though the pharmacy was packed, the pharmacist took the time to listen to me and give me advice! I recommend them ☺️

  This place has changed drastically. The staff is rude. They give you medications with different molecules than the one prescribed by the doctor. They sell you generic drugs that give them a certain profit, not seeing customers as patients but as wallets. On top of that, they make you order medications that are never delivered on time. They have never kept their word; there is no professionalism whatsoever. When you ask to buy water, they sell you Coca-Cola—just one example among many, and I mean every word. Luckily, we only see this here and not in other pharmacies, whether they're the same chain or not. Even the infant formula bought from them is expired—I have proof. In short, their condescension is unbelievable. Even several doctors have deplored their lack of professionalism. And good heavens, what does it take to teach them a lesson? One death among the patients who frequent this place?! Shame on them. Their nonchalant and aggressive attitude truly warrants an urgent inspection; it's becoming unbearable.
