Incredible. I just bought 6 covid tests there and was distracted and only realized when I got home that they charged me €5 per test! These are sold elsewhere for €1.5 per test. I promptly called and said I’d like to return them and was told that they can’t take them back ‘as noted on the receipt.’ Nothing of this kind is noted on the receipt and it isn’t the law either as I had previously returned products bought at a pharmacy. Really unfair and ridiculous and I won’t return.

Very disorganized, they lost my prescription, they did not leave any paper to pick up my medicines, and then very unkind when I insist on getting back my prescription.to be svoided especially if you need more than just an aspirine!

This unscrupulous person, acting like a doctor, asks inappropriate questions, wanting to know why the specialist prescribed Spasmomen. Since you don't answer their questions, such as "you have colic, stomach pain," etc., they refuse to fill the prescription. These pharmacists want access to your medical records and control the medications doctors prescribe.
