  Peace be upon you. I am appalled by what happened tonight. On this 27th day of Ramadan, a very holy day, we were subjected to a hostage situation like never before. I am well aware that it is for a good cause, but there are better ways to do things. We endured nearly an hour and a half of fundraising, and while the intention is commendable, these are not the right methods. Have you considered the worshippers who work the next day or those who have night shifts and managed to fit the Taraweeh prayers into their break? I have no problem with collecting money at the mosque, but when a schedule is established and we are told it will take 15 minutes, only to end up lasting an hour and a half, don't you fear Allah? All this to say that if you are going to spend so much time on a collection, do it after the prayer. You can even take half a day if you wish, as long as you respect the worshippers at the mosque. May Allah reward you.

  A great atmosphere, a large mosque, mashallah, a room for women, one for men, and a kitchen that will be well-equipped. However, the building is still under renovation, but it will be finished soon, inshallah. And when it's finished, it will be even more beautiful. You can still make donations on-site and, I think, also on their website.
