I just bought it today 30 dec 2025 and not sure if this is expiry date or manufacture date and the pharmacist can't explain over phone. I have to go back to check in person.

Honestly, I'm really disappointed 😔. I sent my little brother to buy two boxes of Pro-Futura baby food 🍼 for my baby 👶. Before he paid, I asked the price, and he handed the phone to the lady at the pharmacy 📞. She told me it was €21.99 per box plus a €6 storage fee 💶. I replied politely: > "OK, in that case, just give her one box then, because with the fee I won't have enough for both." And I said thank you, goodbye 🙏🏽. And then... a customer who was right next to me 👩🏽🦰 overheard the conversation and said very kindly: > "Please, give her a second box for her sister, I'll give it to her." 💖 But at that moment, the pharmacy lady replied, without any hesitation: > "NO, SHE JUST WANTS A BOX, NO NEED TO GIVE HER ONE!" 😳😡🥵 The nice lady simply replied: > "OK." And she just let it go... 😞 As soon as my little brother left, he called me to tell me what happened. I was shocked 😳, so I immediately called the pharmacy back 📞 to ask for an explanation. It was the same lady who answered. I calmly asked her: > "Why did you stop a lady from giving me a box of milk when I really needed it?" And then she coldly replied: > "As far as I was concerned, you just needed a box." 🤷🏽♀️ But… who was she to decide my needs for me? 🥺 It wasn't her money, nor was it her gesture, and I never refused her help. I'm shocked, hurt, and deeply disappointed. A little more humanity, especially in a pharmacy, would have been welcome. 💔

He charged €16 for Dafalgan Baby Syrup (for a sick baby!!!) at 7 AM on Sunday. The product costs €4. When you have an emergency, it's unimaginable in a country that supposedly takes care of its citizens how some people take advantage. On-call workers are there to serve, not to profit. He stole! He didn't give me the receipt, and when I called, he asked me to come back and get it, but my baby is sick. Unbelievable!!! He deserves zero stars in my opinion for his Sunday shift. Instead of trying to help me with my sick baby, he was calculating how much to profit from the situation: Thief, not pharmacist!!!
