They have an excellent service and friendly staff! I highly recommend this pharmacy. The staff is always welcoming, professional, and ready to help. They take the time to give great advice and the service is always fast and efficient. It is definitely my go-to place!

The pharmacist could be more polite and not so rude because she understood I was a foreigner! What a pity in such a multicultural city to get bad quality services just because you are from a different country and struggle to talk French... Also they didn't have what I was looking for. (UPDATE: Your answer in French is crystal clear that you're lying. And just to clarify, I am not saying that you don't know how to speak English, but that you obviously REFUSE to speak it when you realise that your clients are foreigners in the heart of Europe!!)

You can know how bad they communicate with their customers, from the way they reply to their negative reviews! If you want to be treated professionally and with care: AVOID this place.

This is my go-to pharmacy for multiple reasons: i) the ladies who work there are very nice; ii) almost all of them fluently speak English, and iii) they explain you lots of things, and they give good advices.
