I went while they were on duty "en garde". They interacted with me through a small box of 20cm x 5cm that they had to push open and speak and it was hard to hear anything. Staff was impatient and wasn't trying to explain anything. It was very difficult to pay as well (they asked for a contactless method of payment so they can take the card from you and use it inside and if you didn't have it they would ask you to put your PIN number on a piece of paper as well as giving your card to use it on your behalf) My worst experience at a pharmacy so far

A simple yet highly efficient pharmacy, attentive to customers, with convenient opening hours... What's most appreciated is the speed with which they prepare custom-made medications based on a doctor's prescription! Thank you for your availability!

Completely unprofessional staff! I was outraged by the attitude of the pharmacist, Bénédicte. I went to buy a rapid Covid test and was practically assaulted because I said I didn't want to get vaccinated. Her words were: "It's because of people like you that Covid won't stop. The day you end up in intensive care, you'll be crying." I don't know who manages this pharmacy, but could you please make your employees understand that everyone is free to do what they think is best for their own health? Thank you.

Strongly discouraged! An employee asked a person with reduced mobility and diabetes, who has also been a loyal customer for 32 years, to pay full price for a box of medication that is 100% reimbursed!
