A very bad experience! Lack of transparency regarding prices and advice. I came in for Strepsils-type lozenges for a sore throat, but was strongly directed towards another medication presented as "exactly the same thing." I wasn't given any clear information about the fact that this product was more expensive. I ended up paying €19.98 for an item that was priced at around €10.95 on the box. When I returned to ask for an explanation, I was told about an on-call fee and an "incorrect" price on the packaging, but this had never been mentioned to me at the time of purchase. I regret the lack of transparency regarding the product change, the price difference, and the possible surcharge. I felt poorly informed when it came time to pay.

It was July 3, 2026. I called this pharmacy, which was on duty that night, for acute pain. The pharmacist on the phone was awful and offered terrible advice. Since I had no other choice, I went there in person, but the pharmacist wouldn't open the door for me. I tried calling back to let her know I was there, but she kept hanging up on me. I definitely do not recommend this place!
