Very very bad communication skills and almost nobody can speak English or Dutch

Incompetent staff, non existent service. I went to do a rapid test. The result did not reach me after a few hours. I called them and they told me that they will soon encode the tests. Still I did not receive anything, so I went somewhere else to do another test. After a few days I went back to them to be reimbursed, for the test that I never received the results. We checked what happened and apparently they have encoded my name wrongly. Nevertheless they said that since the phone number was encoded correct I should have received the result! Moreover, it was for me to contact the service responsible to enquire why I did not receive the result! They refused to reimburse me. Go elsewhere! A Pharmacy that is not working well can give you more serious problems than missing a test.

Unfriendly staff. Terrible experience… I’m 7 months pregnant and struggling to breathe because of my asthma. Eventhough I had my prescription with they were hesitant to give me my inhaler. Simply inhuman.
