This is the second time I've returned to Jette L312 for rehabilitation at my request. Two very positive experiences. A fantastic team. Services...care...attentive... The same goes for the physiotherapist who explains the progress in all pathologies. And let's not forget the occupational therapist...very patient. So...Not disappointed at all!!!!

  • I visited a friend and found her room dirty and dusty. The following week, the same stains on the floor still had, so it hadn't been cleaned. The staff weren't very friendly and seemed uninvolved in her care. My friend uses a urinal, and they gave it to her without rinsing it, and there was still some urine in it. I went into her bathroom, and the toilet was full of feces, even though she's unable to use it. There was no help for my friend to move around; the staff had back problems. It's appalling for a rehabilitation center! This lack of hygiene is frightening for a rehabilitation center.

This center is appalling. The hygiene is deplorable, the staff has no professional conscience. A wound left untreated for over a week resulted in a serious infection. The patient, whose feet are immobilized and who cannot move, is forced to urinate or defecate on a chamber pot that is only emptied after a very long time. Even when it is finally emptied into the toilet, the excrement in the toilet bowl is not rinsed, leading to an accumulation of feces in the toilet. The room was not cleaned for over a week. The roommate remained on the toilet for nearly two hours without being removed. It's deplorable, a scandal! Upon discharge, a complaint with supporting photos will be filed.

  • Many things need improvement... The staff is generally pleasant, although the head nurse clearly states he doesn't like French speakers (a joke, according to him, but poorly received and unprofessional). Cleanliness and food need improvement. Rehabilitation (physiotherapy and occupational therapy... no complaints). Some nurses forget their role and the appropriate tone to use with the patient's family members. It makes you wonder if the family is a nuisance so they can manage things as they please!

My 87-year-old mother spent five months in rehabilitation. Thanks to the excellent care provided by the entire medical and paramedical team, her foot was saved from amputation. A huge thank you to the whole team at L312 for your compassion, availability, and boundless patience, all delivered with unfailing kindness. One small drawback... the meals could be much better. 😉
