Just terrible. We were 2 times there and 2 times they told us that we will get the results next day and that they will also send them to us. One week later - no results! And no phone online to call. Then you come searching your results a week later to the centre de prélèvement ,close to the closure hour, but still on time - it's closed already! You know, the 'prise the sang' is not just for info,most of the time it's extremely urgent.We will never trust this center again.

First time here for me. Went early Saturday morning and processed immediately. Service was very friendly and helpful. Is now my #1 choice.

Online they say they close at 13:00. Wrong. When I got there, there was a notice on the door stating that Monday to Friday, they supposedly close for the day at 12:30. I got there at 12:20. It was already closed, with doors locked, lights off and not a person in sight.
