I had to have some blood tests made while visiting Brussels. People at the lab have been nice, even had me send my passport copy via email since I forgot it. They spoke some English and were very helpful. The reviews I read before coming scared me a bit but I found them to be completely wrong.

The doctor was professional, kind, and truly patient-oriented. The blonde receptionist, however, was rude, when I switched from French to English, she pushed the form toward me to write down my phone number myself, and when I asked her to email me the results, she refused to explain why she couldn’t introduce the data in the system…

Super slow and super rude. Results are not sent until you call them. Unprofessional unfortunately.

On the positive side, we were served quickly. We took our 3-year-old son for a blood test. But, if you don't mind the rudeness you may face from the male doctor, you're fine. I understand that no one is obligated to speak English, but the doctors above all they must be kind and willing to help. languages are in this world to communicate. I didn't come to drink coffee I brought my child to have his blood drawn by doctors.still don t speak to me a single world in English ,don t make it easier for me ok-just don t seem so annoyed man, or not give a single smile in a child. I have experienced more modern ways for blood draws ok, but again if you want to do your job quickly and you are speaking french, i recommended it. Edit*:Thank you for the respond.Yes it is stressful but it this is irrelevant with the behaviour of the doctor and his rudness.I was much more stressful later the same day when i took him to the hospital but the doctors were absolutely perfect🤷

My favourite, no appointmemnt required, just walk in and be served. Of course there could be a queue, be patient , the service is fast. Results sent to my email.
