A very bad experience at this pharmacy. It's always the same people who serve me with little respect in their eyes, even though I remain polite and respectful towards them. I sincerely hope it's not due to the color of my skin. When I come to pick up my medication, they don't understand my requests and even dare to lie about pharmaceutical products that, according to them, "La Frime no longer manufactures this product." Following this comment, I went to other pharmacies and repeated exactly what they told me, word for word. I received confirmation from the other pharmacies that they don't know what they're talking about. Of course, I'm not the only person who has had bad experiences with the staff at this pharmacy. I don't know who the manager of this pharmacy is, but they need to be brought to heel. In any case, I will never go back to this pharmacy, and I advise people never to set foot in there, even in a life-threatening emergency.

It would be good to respect the prescription that the doctor prescribes and not systematically give generics, even the doctor told me they must give them to you or order them...but apparently not in your case!

I have always been warmly welcomed at this pharmacy. The staff are very friendly and understanding, as is the owner, whom my family has known for many years from another pharmacy in Saint-Gilles. Keep up the good work! I wish you all the best! 🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷

On call but not answering calls… disappointing when you come from the emergency room and need to start treatment on the weekend to avoid hospitalization…
