I had a great experience here. The pharmacist was very kind, patient, and took the time to recommend the right medicine for my symptoms. As a tourist, I really appreciated how helpful and friendly they were. Thank you for your excellent service!

Unfortunately, my experiences with one of the ladies working at this pharmacy have been consistently unpleasant. She seems unwilling to engage with customers and treats people in a very cold and impolite manner. It’s already difficult to visit a pharmacy when you’re unwell, and such an attitude makes it even harder. While speaking only French is perfectly fine, basic courtesy and professionalism should not depend on language. This person would probably be better suited to a role without direct contact with customers.

Don't expect any medical help or information if you don't talk French. They won't even communicate the dosages the doctor prescribed. Don't let them order medicines as it can take weeks and they won't be able to give your prescription back, nor give your money back. The only consistent thing about this place is that they neglect the opening hours and are more often closed than open.

The women helped me figure out which medicine will work for my cold and explained me how to take it even though she knew only a little English.
