Horrible place! I've gone to their ER twice. I went there today with breathing difficulties. I already have asthma and bp issues. After the first hour, the guy took me in to check my ekg. I asked if I needed to take off my bra he said yes of course and when I did he said ah vous avez tout enlevez! Huh! After that it took 2 more hours of waiting time!! No indication of how much more time. I had little kids waiting for me. I asked them many times and they tried to make me feel guilty that I need to get myself checked. But what about my kids?! Should I abandon them?? The time before I went with my 3 year old who hurt his head! His forehead was purple!! They didn't do x-ray. Just gave him a paracetamol in a cup of water and sent us home. They charged 30 euros for that one tablet!!!!!

Very nasty staff in some areas. I was really tired after a sleepless night prepping for a colonocopy. At admissions, I was berated for asking where to go by a horrible dragon-nurse. She could hardly have been more unpleasant. Surely they must know that some of their patients are in pain, lacking sleep, mentally challenged, etc. After that, nice, helpful personel until the recovery room. In the recovery room, there were two nurses gossiping and doing up their hair. Completely neglecting their patients. There was an old man under general anesthetic with his eyes wide open. Under general anesthetic the eyes stop producing tears and so the cornea can dry and be damaged. In other recovery rooms, in have seen open-eyed patients being given eyedrops. I talked to one of the two nurses. As politely as I could, I begged her to care for the patient's eyes. I spoke to her in French. She replied furiously, telling me to mind my own business. It was a horrible moment in my life. I was so disgusted by the nurses and worried about the patient. I would not recommend this hospital to anybody. Shame on the hospital management!!!!

Horrible experience. Starting from the staff at the IRM reception which are the slowest ever and don’t know how to use the laptop. I left the hospital crying after the doctor from IRM, who was supposed to perform a echographie, passed 5 seconds with the echograph, only to conclude that he cannot see anything and that my prescription to do that test was wrong. Then he left the room without saying anything. Horribly rude and lack of empathy.

Ophthalmology: I had to go there on 3 occasions, and had to wait each time between 1h30 - 2h30 hours despite having an appointment for a specific hour. The longest waiting time I’ve ever experienced.
