The new owner is truly exceptional. Very helpful, always smiling and attentive. He takes the time to give excellent advice and goes above and beyond to help his customers. His professionalism and kindness really make a difference. I recommend this pharmacy without hesitation.

I've been going to this pharmacy for years, as has the rest of my family. Unfortunately, the attitude of one of the pharmacists makes every visit unpleasant. This woman, in her forties, is consistently bitter and disagreeable, even when you arrive with a smile. A striking example: in front of the other customers, she dared to ask aloud if the medication my doctor had prescribed was right for me, implying that it wasn't "normal" for me to take it. A humiliating and inappropriate attitude, especially since she knows neither my medical history nor the reasons for the prescription. On other occasions, her responses are curt or dismissive ("I don't know, it must be something for the lungs" or "It's too expensive, we don't have that where I live"). Even when I simply ask for information about a future order, I leave feeling condescending. It's a shame, because the Dutch-speaking gentleman and the older lady are impeccable: warm, patient, efficient, and always offering good advice. It's solely thanks to them that I'm giving 3 stars; otherwise, I wouldn't have stayed so long despite their colleague's disrespectful attitude. But since I run into her far too often, I've decided not to return.
