They picked up the phone when I called and after explaining the problem I have with my family member who has cancer he hung up the phone, I called 3-5 times again however they purposely didn’t respond this happend on 4 may 2026 13:30. And it was a male. I hope as a hospital you will hold these people accountable for their actions because this is beyond unacceptable it’s shameful and disgusting. Avoid at all cost

The lady who answers the telecom on level 0 during night should understand that people coming to a hospital are patients. They cannot walk from door to door or from barrier to barrier just to figure out where to go. She first said she does not speak English, but the moment I pointed out that refusing service based on language is not acceptable, she suddenly could communicate in English (!). The instructions for reaching the MRI are useless. In the middle of the night you are left searching for the entrance to with no light and no signs. If you want to drive around the hospital two times trying to guess which dark entrance is the correct one, good luck. Let’s check the instruction as suggested by the telecom lady: - > Attention, l'accès apres 20 h se fait via le parking radiothérapie suivre la plaque "accès irm nuit" While email says “accès irm nuit”, while the entrance table on site says “mrn soire”, which is not the same and only adds to the confusion. You have to drive to the back of the building and search for a dark sign that says “private parking radiology.” The barrier there is closed, which is extremely confusing and looks like you are not allowed to enter. You then have to use the telecom system to ask them to open the barrier, and only then can you reach the correct area. -> L'examen se déroulera à l'Institut Bordet, au service de radiologie, situé à l'étage -1. Which floor is which floor? How is anyone supposed to know without entering the building first? After 8, it’s not possible to enter the building. And honestly, should I be expected to guess the entire building layout and go scouting in the dark to discover the entrance to level -1? Overall a confusing, stressful, and poorly designed experience. Not recommended.

Worst hospital I have ever seen, calling it one is a joke in itself. They put protocol above everything so if you are dying of a complication and for instance you cannot breathe anymore they will just let you suffer unless something was specifically prescribed beforehand. No one has the balls to prescribe anything anyways though so the doctors will just pass the hot potato between each other and nothing will get done. You will keep suffering at Bordet. You enter at the Emergencies and there is one nurse taking care of all the patients, no doctor on sight, and you might have to literally wait 5 hours before they will a find a place for you to even just lay down. Everything is also structured simply to get as much possible money from your insurance, they will literally keep you waiting extra days before you can talk to a doctor (which was promised to you) just so that they can charge you a room for longer, and please even though it is an hospital do not expect any medical assistance as you hospitalised there. This place is the worst hoke I have heard in a while.

Online appointment booking system is very bad, sent request for MRI 2 months ago, but no follow up . Called the Institute several times to book an appointment for an MRI but phone always hangs up / no one picks up phone. Went on weekend and submitted a request for MRI appointment at the front desk counter, was told secretariat will callback but not appointment date confirmed yet.
