My daughter was brought to this hospital by ambulance so we had nothing to say on the choice of hospital. The doctors took a blood sample and did some other tests. After couple of hours they informed that everything was OK. (I am not describing the medical issue here due to privacy reasons). A week later I requested a copy of the results from the hospital and I know that based on Belgian legislation the hospital is obliged to make it available. Despite sending several emails and reminders I haven't received it to date (over three weeks now), so I am not sure against what my daughter was tested. Complete disrespect of the rules!!!

I had a wonderful experience. I must say, however, that I was a bit nervous to go there after reading negative reviews, but my experience was quite the opposite. I had surgery on my leg. The staff on the third-floor for one day hospitalization was SUPER attentitive!! One member (I can't remember his name, but he is half Morroccan and Spanish) even had a nice sense of humor which helped distract me from being nervous. The staff in the surgery room also was very professional, Claudia especially. Mohammed was my anesthesiologist and he was spectacular! He kept me calm and explained things very well to me in English. The next day, I received a follow-up call from the hospital to check on my recovery; this initiative alone would deem this hospital a good hospital in my opinion.

Horrendous experience. Went in from the emergency room took them 2 hours to take me in for a 2 min checkup. I had a bad sore throat and I could even see white patches in my throat which means infection. The doctor didnt even check my throat properly and he didnt even speak english. He said just a cold and a bit of redness and didnt even give me any medicine. And at this point I had a 39 degree fever and I wasnt even able drink water because of my throat. For the following days I got worse and worse to the point I wasnt able to stand up because of tiredness from the high fever. So this was the WORST ever hospital experience I have ever had and the worst doctor I have ever seen.

I went to this hospital in 2024 when I used to come back to Belgium to visit friends. I went to the emergency room because I felt extreme fatigue, I couldn't even stand up. As I was in Belgium for holidays, the nurse started talking about me partying with my friends as I was here visiting...I insisted that I didn't drink, I didn't party and my body wasn't functioning properly...I insisted that I needed medical assistance. They ignored me and sent me home with only a blood test done, no medication, no nothing...I go to my GP two days later...I had a HUGE urine infection, it took me two weeks to recover. I think it's crazy to go somewhere where they are supposed to help you and end up treating you like shit.

Terrible service. I went to Emergency to get help. I was sick for 4 days and had severe non-stop cough, fever (my temperature raised to 38,5 3 times a day) with a runny nose. I couldn't sleep for DAYS and I couldn't even eat properly because I was so exhausted. None of my medicine was helping and I skipped a lot of school, so I came here hoping they would just give me the antibiotics and some days-off-school. I waited for 3 HOURS to have a 5 MINUTE consultation with doctor. They gave me 2 days to rest (including the day I visited) and prescribed ibuprofen. Must I tell you that I got worse and was so tired to the point I couldn't drink a cup of tea. Please, choose literally any other emergency than this.
