I came to the emergency room feeling really sick, and somehow I’ve been left waiting for more than 3 hours while the place is almost empty. Honestly, this is ridiculous. I genuinely don’t understand how an emergency department can work this badly. How bad does someone have to be before a doctor actually decides to see them? People come here because they need urgent help, not to sit for hours feeling worse and being completely ignored. This experience has been frustrating, exhausting, and honestly unacceptable.

It’s an excellent hospital. I have received excellent care there. The facility is beautiful, clean and modern. The staff is very kind despite being very busy. All the doctors I met were highly professional. For the people complaining about rude secretaries, nurses or doctors, you too have your bad days, and some of you too don’t have a job they like; so please stop complaining about such trivial things. As long as you received good medical care, realise how lucky you are. For the people complaining about the emergency room: the emergency service is for real emergencies, not for feeling dizzy or tired… go to your GP for this kind of symptoms. Don’t fill up emergencies of hospitals to then complain about them not treating you. It’s not their role.

I am sitting beside my wife’s bed. After 17 months of her courageous fight against cancer, our journey is coming to an end—an end very different from the one we had hoped for. There are many things in life I would change if I could, but one decision I would never change is choosing Chirec Delta Hospital as our main battleground. Every doctor, nurse, and member of the staff has been exceptional. Throughout this long journey, they have been compassionate, professional, and unwaveringly supportive. Their kindness, optimism, and dedication have meant more to us than words can express. Dear Chirec staff - God bless you all, and thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I've been to the Delta ER room several times and obviously, there's some waiting after the triage and before the doctor can see you, which is completely understandable, so nothing to say about that. However, if you're attended by Dr Bilel Jeljeli, as I was yesterday, pay extra attention to the prescription he gives you, to make sure it's correct, because he told me to take two doses but only prescribed one and, as I understood, he messed up the prescriptions of other people as well. The next day, I had to chase the ER room during the whole day, calling several times before I finally got a solution from one of the employees. Also, the lady I've encountered previous time at the reception was not there yesterday, and the young employees who were there instead, seemed rather lost with some things (among other things, they didn't provide any plastic cup for an analysis that has to be provided; I had to ask for it).

I had surgery for an umbilical hernia here recently. The staff and the service were smooth and professional and a big thank you to my excellent surgeon who was amazing Dr. Elie Chelala. Fantastic man and he looked after me very well, including the five week recovery period. Highly recommend!
