The pharmacy also has a medication vending machine and is part of the Brussels pharmacies providing shift work during the night and weekends (garde).

Great, spacious pharmacy with well-organized shelves where I've been going for a few years. Friendly service and good advice. Vaccinations are available. There's a self-service dispenser on the side with a selection of over-the-counter medications. Paid parking is available until 9 pm (except for residents).

I had already paid for the ordered goods in advance. Afterwards, I received the order confirmation, which stated that delivery would only take place if payment was made through the online portal, which I then did. Despite several emails, I haven't received a refund for the initial payment. This is unprofessional behavior. After my one-star review was read by a competent employee of the pharmacy, things moved quickly. First, I received an apology, then a refund of the double payment. Thank you!

Easy online ordering and secure payment. The pharmacy calls back if there's a problem. The order is processed quickly. I find all my products there. Delivery times can be a little long, but that's beyond the pharmacy's control 😄
