Exactly, Mr. Catalin, I filed a report because back in November, I witnessed this scandalous situation firsthand. I was accompanying an elderly friend for a blood test, and there was a queue stretching all the way to the stairs. The two entrance doors hadn't been disinfected, there was no proper ventilation, and blood test and COVID patients were crammed into the same tiny hall. The Ministry of Health and the Auderghem municipal administration's health service, in order to protect the citizens of Auderghem, have their own COVID site in their buildings with separate entrances, respecting health regulations against contamination. On the other hand, in the Auderghem area, there are medical centers whose primary role is to protect their patients from potential contamination. So, in this respect, this center is not serious, more concerned with earning €40 per COVID test performed assembly-line style than with respecting the health regulations for its clients. While many shopkeepers and citizens are fined between €250 and €750 for less than this, yes, that's right. Blood tests and COVID tests are done in the same cramped 4m² space. There's no respect for health regulations (social distancing, patients coughing, etc.), so there's no respect for the so-called online appointments! Since it's only theoretically stated on their website but not practiced, otherwise there wouldn't have been an unusual queue stretching all the way to the lobby, with more patients for COVID tests than for blood tests, even though this small waiting area has been reserved for blood test patients for years... Yet, separate COVID rooms exist, since CMHankar 1 has several rooms in this building, in addition to CMHankar 2 just opposite. We decided to choose a different, more reputable center in terms of hygiene. CM Vaduc wasn't any better, so, on the advice of our neighbors and family, we opted to switch to a facility in a neighboring town that adheres to strict hygiene standards. They're very nice, by the way, and they respect the designated hours for blood tests. For our health, it's better to choose a safe distance than dangerous proximity. We also wonder why hygiene standards aren't more strictly enforced in these places, and why we have to complain to get them changed. So, sir, you know who to contact to get things changed. Have a good day.

Fantastic medical center!! We've been there several times. Hygiene measures, social distancing, and appointment scheduling are all strictly adhered to. We received a warm welcome from Gaëtan Mestag. A nurse with magic hands! PCR tests are a breeze with him. A huge thank you to him for his welcome, advice, and service! We are delighted with this medical center and highly recommend it!

I went for a general practitioner appointment in early 2020. Because of the direct billing system, I didn't see the amount the doctor declared. I paid €27; however, it was declared that I only paid €22. As a result, I wasn't reimbursed by my health insurance as I should have been. It's a shame... I had a good rapport with the doctor. However, because of this false and shameful declaration, I no longer trust the clinic. I will no longer go to the Hankar Medical Center for general practitioner appointments.
