  Completely unprofessional! Medication orders are constantly delayed. Every time, it's "come in later," and the next day it's the same thing. I advise against going there if you urgently need medication.

  I'm never setting foot in that pharmacy again. Who do they think they are, refusing to dispense medication prescribed by my doctor? Your job isn't to be a medical advisor, just a pharmacist. They think they're the prescription police.

  I am disappointed and appalled by the service at this pharmacy. They are ignoring European Directive 2011/24/EU by refusing to accept non-Belgian prescriptions, which is a violation of the law. This is a pharmacy where you buy aspirin and Dafalgan. For anything serious, requiring thought, skill, competence, and respectful customer service, look elsewhere—perhaps at Schumann. They will undoubtedly continue to thrive thanks to the elderly residents of the neighborhood who buy everything they sell them, even a simple tube of toothpaste. A complete disgrace.

  I like this pharmacy; I've been going there for 15 years. They are friendly and competent. It's a shame that you often have to wait until the next day for some medications.
