  I was treated very rudely at the recycling center. I had a large plastic bag from a new salon. I threw it in the plastic container. Suddenly, I heard whistling, then more whistling, and even louder whistling. I turned around because I didn't realize it was for me at first. Someone yelled, "Sorry for my words, rude person," "Hey you, that shouldn't go in there, but in the plastic packaging." You could also ask politely. I don't know the difference. And whistling, "Please, I'm a woman, not a dog." This isn't the first time I've had this kind of intention with this person who thinks he's the director of the recycling center. It's a real shame; you're afraid to go there.

  Just had a phone call with the municipality. I feel sorry for those who live in that municipality being treated so unkindly while you just want to ask a question about something. Even that cannot be responded to in a friendly manner; it is simply scandalous!!!
