Tried calling multiple times because I can't make it to the appointment on time, but no one is answering. Half an hour on the line for nothing, tried calling 5 times. I wasn't helped at the place they referred me to for my daughter's (Okapi) passport photos. So definitely not recommended there for children's passport photos. The gentleman said bluntly, "I'm not getting involved in that; children never sit still anyway" 🙄

My husband and I have to go get our new passport. Now I'm sick of it, I'm calling and asking if they can give my new passport to my husband. No, that's not possible, I have to be there. It's ridiculous. We've been married for 52 years.
