They don't even deserve 1 star themselves, and I certainly don't deserve the one behind Counter number 2. For once, that person has nothing good to say about her: not customer-friendly, not helpful; she wouldn't even give you a mouthful of teeth when it comes to their problems. Went there 3 days in a row to PICK UP my ID. 3 times they couldn't pick up my card... (system error, no time..., supposedly my appointment wasn't confirmed). They always have something to say about it. If only I were from another municipality...😣 I'm never going there again, I'm a vagabond now, thanks.

The people are friendly, but with these hours, you can't call it good service. At the very least, ensure that visits are possible on Wednesday afternoons and daily until 6 pm. This is becoming Post 2.0…

I'd rather have the old town hall back. At least you could find your way there and you didn't have to talk to the computer. Even if there's no one at the counter, you still have to wait. I don't know why, in my case. Half an hour!!!!!

A disgrace 0 communication about opening hours, closed on 22/11, took a special day off to apply for an ID card ????????
