Good day everyone, I have had very good experiences at this town hall for years. The people are very friendly and willing to help you immediately, even finding a solution if there is an obstacle. Documents are ready quickly, and it is a beautiful building surrounded by many other beautiful and admirable things. Plus, it is in the city, so you can always go and enjoy yourself if you have the time. Definitely recommended. Kind regards, Raja

The reception was very polite, but the staff on the second floor were unfortunately very rude. They showed little respect, which made my experience there less pleasant.

Well-organized, renovated town hall. Cons: one counter employee causes long queues during busy periods; the walkways are very narrow, making it difficult to walk up and down comfortably. Proper building and wheelchair-friendly.

Tongeren is fully committed to transparency. The building certainly radiates this 😉
