Bad service. Not friendly personnel in burgerzaken as if they dont love their job. Not accurate information. You have to come back many times for appointment in order to process something. When you are there, the person in charge is absent. It is nice for people who have time to comeback always. They should change their system or close their office. You are not helping the people. The staffs should be trained to listen and do their job right. Remember people are paying tax to pay for them also.

BAD SERVICE! I have to go to the City Hall many times as they give inaccurate information. Each staff gives you different information that make you confused. They are really not helpful at all.

Very good service, but only at BURGERZAKEN is it really bad. And that's precisely the service you need most. They manage to slow down the procedures so much. I think they'd make better hamburgers if people helped...

Poor service! They didn't provide clear information, so we had to return several times just to change the address. You certainly didn't feel welcome! Leuven❤️😢. "Hear, see, and speak no evil." Not all grandmotherly advice is good (Peter Adriaenssens)
