  Very dissatisfied resident of Ternat regarding the Urban Planning Department. Our application for a permit for an extension and facade regularization has been completely rejected four times already. This is despite having followed the official procedure by working with an architect, consistently cooperating with requests for modifications from this department, and having had these modifications executed on the plans by our architect each time. These requirements were met every time, yet a refusal was issued. This is also despite the fact that no objections were raised by our neighbors. We have come to the conclusion that there is a great deal of cronyism going on here. The Bloemenwijk is a prime example of this in Ternat. Many homes were granted permits for much larger projects/extensions than what we applied for. Family members of employees at this department are allowed to carry out work without any permit whatsoever. And we, as law-abiding residents who followed everything properly as required, receive a refusal multiple times? It goes without saying. We have lost a lot of money on architect fees... Thanks, Urban Planning Department (civil servants), for handling this so unfairly!

  15 minutes late, and it's impossible to get help picking up a driver's license and ID??? Literally 2 minutes of work?? They are and remain civil servants; the first party that advocates for privatization is the one I'm voting for. Bunch of good-for-nothings.
