Always fast and reliable - apart from the photo machine which is a bit buggy. I don't speak perfect Dutch but get what is needed.

All perfect, all team nice explained what to do in English, I went 4 times as given an appointments, got all what need from documents in perfect way, specialty the director is perfect explained and helpful, thank you so much 👍🙏❣️

It is the worst municipality in Belgium. They are disrespectful. They mock you if you don't speak Dutch well, even if you try your best. They keep coming up with new excuses so they don't have to hand over your documents. I know the law; I know that you don't need six different documents just to pick up an identity card. This is the second time this has happened to me in this municipality. The last time, a stout woman yelled at me, making me cry.

The service at the reception desk was truly substandard. The employee was unfriendly, showed little empathy, and gave the impression of no longer wanting to work. The service at the counter, on the other hand, was good. I was assisted quickly and efficiently by the staff. It should have been at least 4 stars, but because of the counter, the municipality gets 2 stars this time.
