The employees are there but for some reason the don't want to work? You can wait up to half an hour to do a 2 mins job

There’s usually no queue no waiting time. It’s a quiet neighborhood. The employees are kind and helpful. In person and online. also very efficient by email. I get my documents very fast. Opening hours are varying : here’s a reminder

Uren die hier op Google vermeld staan, zijn niet correct. Het is woensdag open van 13u tot 17u i.p.v. de ochtend. Wij stonden voor een gesloten deur. Je moet ook zeker een half uur voor sluitingstijd aanwezig zijn, anders riskeer je niet meer geholpen te worden. Wij waren om 16u47 binnen, werden gelukkig toch nog geholpen. Dank daarvoor.

Well-maintained surroundings, nice connection to the park, good parking facilities. Useful shortcut via the Rainbow Path to the center, decorated with mosaics.
