A very disappointing experience with Schoten town hall. Every time we go there, nothing gets resolved. The staff wastes time, tries to avoid the work, and repeatedly sends us away, telling us we need to make another appointment—even when we're specifically there to arrange our documents. It seems as if they assume people have unlimited time to keep coming back for nothing. The staff often seem reluctant and show little interest in genuinely helping. They usually just repeat information we already know, information that we used to make an appointment, only to then tell us we need to come back again. This is a very frustrating and inefficient way of working. A public service should solve problems, not keep postponing them.
