I need to renew my ID, I get a reminder in my mailbox on Friday, and I have to have gone in by Monday of the following week at the latest. How on earth am I supposed to arrange this?? I work long late shifts in security and can't just request leave. Why can't this be done online?? Not to mention that it's going to cost me over 26 euros to replace a piece of plastic...

Residual waste collection this morning. There was snow on the sidewalk. The men on duty placed my empty container very close to the front door so that I didn't have to step outside. A HUGE THANK YOU FOR THAT, PLEASE PASS THIS MESSAGE ON TO THE PEOPLE AT THE COLLECTION SERVICE !!! With my best wishes, of course. XXX
