Very unfriendly, absolutely unwilling to work… everything has to be online these days, I wonder what you are still doing sitting there. You might as well close the town hall! Very disappointing.

I'm currently at the Schelle neighborhood and see a lot of trash left behind by teenagers. I've tried to clean it up and throw it away. Maybe we can make the children more aware of this and ensure they don't just leave their trash behind.

I couldn't find the entrance to the building because it was unclear where to enter. The people were very friendly, but they did steal my fingerprints.

Very arrogant staff. I came by to sort out documents but the lady DOESN'T WANT to help me. Unbelievable.
