My online appointment was not confirmed. According to the receptionist, this problem occurs frequently. When I arrived at the town hall at 11:45 (during my lunch break), when I thought I had made an appointment, I could not be helped. There were no appointments scheduled after 11:45, so there could not have been a queue caused by me. They wanted to give me a new appointment on Tuesday afternoon; however, this time slot is not available for full-time workers. I understand that it is my own fault that I did not check if the appointment was scheduled correctly, but I am giving this review 1/5 since I could not be helped. However, I would have really appreciated this in this exceptional situation. In terms of service, I am very disappointed in the town hall staff.
