Usually very very friendly and i never had a single hickup. But the one I saw this morning was unbelievably impolite and rude! Unfortunate for her amazing colleagues!

The staff here are incredibly friendly! You are always helped quickly and, above all, well. The approach is also personal, not as if you are just a number. It is always nice to see that people genuinely enjoy their job. Big thumbs up.
