I had an appointment at 1:30 PM to apply for a KidsID for my children. At 1:25 PM, I rang the doorbell and was allowed to take a seat in the waiting room (there was no one there since it was by appointment). At 1:28 PM, the lady in question stood up and went to take her break???? Is that why I have to make an appointment to be made to wait 15 minutes? She couldn't manage a smile for the children or me; her face was long and expressionless, as if she was tired of her job! What really struck me was the discrimination by the lady who served me... I hope the administration does something about this, because such service, for which I pay a lot, should not be allowed. This is certainly not a good advertisement for the municipality of De Pinte.

The town hall of De Pinte is characterized by a friendly and helpful attitude. Although they can sometimes be a bit slow, the staff are always committed to the people they help.

Albertlaan side is wheelchair accessible. The council chamber is also the meeting room for advisory councils. Windows can be opened in warm weather.
