Appointment changed and forgot to confirm the new one on the website for KIDS ID. Morning chaos getting the baby ready to get to my appointment on time. I was standing there before my appointment time (which I had made online in the early morning and apparently forgotten to click ‘confirm’). There was no one ahead of me, yet I wasn't helped any further. They supposedly checked their schedule and GOSH, they really couldn't fit me in, even though the appointment hadn't been taken by someone else. And you have to know that it clearly states that an appointment for a Kids ID takes 5 minutes!! In the time it took her to get her colleague “to see if I couldn't be helped after all”, I was actually helped and was already out the door!

What a horrible renovation. A waste of time and money. The same with that hideous square. No spatial planning. Where is the zebra crossing, the footpath… - and then an ugly, useless building in the middle. Political incompetence. Better to burn our money than Christmas trees at the end of the year!

Traffic jam, anti-car policy, no parking lots

Don't forget to make an appointment, or you can come back another day. They are sitting there chatting pleasantly with each other without doing anything, but helping you quickly without an appointment is not possible.

Friendly staff and often no long queues. However, this is already the second time an incorrect issue date has been provided for the driver's license, so I have been there 4 times by now, whereas it actually only needed to be 2.
