Irregular opening hours. Inept staff, requiring more training. 2 stars instead of 1 because of 1 employee who actually knows what she's doing and is professional when communicating with residents. Shame.

A friendly and helpful receptionist at the reception, but there's no one in the relevant department today. Shouldn't the local economy department be available on a Wednesday? Highly recommended for residents!

They're all liars. They told me I could pick up my license four days after the appointment, but it ended up being two weeks later. The staff were very unpleasant and made no effort to understand people who didn't speak Dutch. They were running around, but they were making an effort.

! By appointment only (bookable via the website), except on Saturdays. Friendly and patient staff at the reception desk. 29/03/2025 No appointment necessary on Saturday mornings between 9 and 11 a.m. Please note: street parking is possible WITH a blue parking disc. Staff remain friendly and helpful. Possibility to take passport photos at the photo booth in the town hall.
