Passport application: Personal information was spoken loudly so that other visitors could listen in. My phone number was also requested forcefully (abuse of power), even though this was completely unnecessary because I had already provided my email address to be notified when my passport had arrived.

A beautiful old town hall. It's like a big museum inside with wall paintings, beautiful stained glass vases, one of which was donated by the Queen of the Netherlands at the time, so if you're here and have time to spare, this is the best place to spend it.
