  Minus 10/10! Tip: take a tranquilizer before going to the population center. They are disrespectful, shortsighted, rude, impolite, and just plain rude to people with disabilities. The staff, with such a poor, narrow-minded, and pathetic mentality who have been working here for years, absolutely no longer belong in an increasingly complex world with greater diversity and a need for respect and empathy for others. With this attitude, Lubbeek is outdated and utterly outdated.

  Very friendly people at the counter. However, it's a bit frustrating that you can't see which counter is for requests and which is for pickup. So I queued at counter 1, assuming everyone else was doing the same thing. When it was my turn, the lady told me to queue at the other counter for requests. So, I had to wait another fifteen minutes. This could be improved.

  After waiting for more than an hour and a half, still not helped. They don't work here but prefer to stand around chatting with each other.

  Didn't have to wait in line, helped immediately and kindly (civil affairs), passport photo taken on the spot by an employee (free)... can't complain

  Had to call back 3-4 times because the opening hours are so terrible, only to be told twice that the ‘employee is not present’. Then finally got someone on the line with the simple question of where our house’s property line is located. The answer I get is ‘there isn’t one on your property’. 5 minutes later, Fluvius is here to tell me that there definitely is a property line… Why do people waste their time calling anyway if they don’t have the answers themselves / don’t make the effort to look it up properly? 1 plus point: they were friendly, but that’s about it…
