The opening hours are ridiculous. What working person can make an appointment between 8:00 and 12:00? In other words, one has to start taking time off just to be inside for 2-5 minutes. If they absolutely insist on working only 4 hours, then start from 15:00 to 19:00; then a working person can at least come by.

A real hassle; you have to make an appointment online for everything. Even if it only takes them 5 minutes. The website is terrible. It's only open when the average person is busy and if they might possibly feel like it. What a rotten village to live in.

Made an appointment for a new driver's license. Was able to go straight away and received a new license the next day, top service. Thanks for the quick service and friendliness.
