  Purely from an architectural point of view, I really liked it. The town centre is not that big and historic, so this building stands out. In August 2023 there are big renovation works going on.

  Very modern building with a special architecture. There are 2 elevators that can bring you to the desired the floors. Doors are wide, so access with wheelchairs should be possible everywhere. There are toilets here on the different floors.

  I don't know why they give people appointments when they clearly mean nothing. Every time there's 15+ minute wait, this time it was half an hour (or more, I'm still waiting). Very unprofessional and irresponsible. Lack of any sort of organization. People clump up at the waiting area because the employees are always running late. I can't believe this is happening in a well-developed European country.
