Very friendly staff. Always very calm and they're experienced at their job. Only downside is their digital communication. Received some incorrect information (via email) before going there, so that lengthened one of our appointments by 25 minutes. Overall a good experience though.

It is necessary to make an appointment online in advance, for which you do not receive a confirmation (not even of the exact time), despite being asked for your email address. However, once at the counter, you are served quickly. Checking in at the waiting area (which is not screened off) with your date of birth does not protect privacy due to onlookers...
