Much is still by appointment, but that makes it calmer and clearer. Friendly service

Called during opening hours regarding a question for Civil Affairs. After waiting on hold for 7 minutes, the connection was disconnected by an employee without further explanation. Disappointed with the customer service.

Friendly staff, flexible when needed. Good service, with a smile. Keep up the good work!
