  The opening hours are a nightmare for working people. Stopping by during your lunch break? No way, a 1.5-hour lunch break... who comes up with that? I have to take time off to spend 10 minutes at the town hall. Luckily, at least they're (usually) friendly 🥲

  Thought I had to make an appointment to pick up my driver's license. Read online that this wasn't necessary. Went to the town hall; staff at the counter sent me away because there was an appointment and the license could only be handed out then. Went back during the appointment; oops, a mistake by staff, the driver's license had been ready at the counter since morning. This is the second time I've encountered unprofessional assistance at Kontich town hall. : (

  I sped up on my bike, and the team at the counter immediately recognized my reason. A number was prepared, and after exactly 20 minutes, a friendly woman rang the bell, ushering me to the counter. A smile, a kind word, and a kids' ID in hand, and I hopped back on my bike and headed on. The perfect service. 10 points, five stars #ksideisgroot
