Always easy to make an appointment (online), all the necessary documents listed, no waiting time, friendly helpful staff. Well organised and lots of parking places available in front of the building. Mondays open till 19:30 so v helpful if you need to go after working hours.

They work efficiently by appointment, sometimes it is difficult to get the right information by telephone.
