Absolutely not friendly

Always helped quickly and very friendly people, both at the front desk and at the counter. Also patient when I can't figure something out.

Easily accessible, more than enough parking spaces. By appointment, handled entirely via smartphone. Received a QR code to use upon arrival. No waiting time. Received friendly assistance with clear explanations. I can only say I am very satisfied. Excellent!

Effective, and that is good. Spoken to politely, and that is good. But a cozy waiting area could also be considered. But then I might be nitpicking.

Friendly and professional staff, no hours-long waiting times thanks to the electronic counter, caring OCMW team, really satisfied!!!
