It's certainly modern, but bureaucracy is rampant. 😕 There's a lot of human interaction missing; everything is so digital. 💻 I wonder why I had to come in person. 🚶♀️ The staff was friendly, 😊 but the whole atmosphere here...😟 A disappointment. After so many years of renovation and reorganization 🙄 A plus is that they do ask how things can be improved during the citizen survey ⭐ I think a municipality like Hamme could do better in this regard 🩵

I went to get a passport for my son and was treated really rudely and impolitely by an older blonde woman. If she doesn't like her job, she should look for something else. A little politeness isn't too much, surely, right?
