  Disappointing experience and lack of respect for the citizen. Today I had an appointment at the town hall, for which I had been waiting for over a month. I arrived promptly, took a ticket, and waited in the waiting area for 25 minutes. When I finally went to the counter to inquire myself, I was told that the employee with whom I had the appointment had already gone home. I am very sorry, but I find this painful and disrespectful to the citizen. My time is valuable too, and I had to rearrange my schedules specifically for this. As a solution, I was only rescheduled in a month and a week. This means that I have to wait a total of more than two months for a simple appointment due to an error by the organization itself. This has deeply affected and frustrated me. I hope that scheduling will be better aligned with the citizen in the future, so that no one else is treated this way.

  Thanks for the quick service. Yesterday I reported a tree that was shedding a lot of yellow balls. The footpath and road were covered in them. Today everything was cleaned up neatly.

  Ik ben reeds een inwoner 42 jaar. Eerst 41 in Ertvelde. Kort in Sleidinge. Mag ik zowel de burgemeester als zijn volledige team ( technische en administratieve diensten een zéér dikke proficiat wensen op de manier waarop alles een zéér goede banen wordt geleid. Hier staat de burger op de eerste plaats. Hier mogen vele gemeentes een voorbeeld aan nemen. Doe echt zo voort.😀😀😀
