All the desks are empty, yet they still make someone with a crying 2-year-old wait because you are 20 minutes early. Just imagine if they were supposed to be working. When you then politely ask if they wouldn't mind seeing you anyway, the answer you get is: if we start doing this, they’ll all be standing here soon whenever they thought so. As if I’m going to mention on national TV tomorrow that they were kind enough to squeeze me in when there’s nobody there anyway. A real disgrace!

The opening hours on Google are incorrect. On Wednesday, it is open until 3:45 PM (Google says until 4:00 PM). I came to pick up my ID card. They let another woman in, but not me.

I received excellent service. I made the appointment and arrived on time. I was even helped earlier and received very clear explanations of the process.
